Full Stack Developer

The full stack developer definition is “someone who can work on both the back-end and front-end of systems.” This means that you can develop fully fledged platforms (with databases, servers and clients) which don’t need other applications to function.

Job Brief

We are looking for a Full Stack Developer to produce scalable voice technology software solutions on the VoiceStar platform. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment on iOS and Android platforms.
As a Full Stack Developer, you should be comfortable around both front-end and back-end coding languages, development frameworks and third-party libraries. You should also be a team player with a knack for UI/UX and design and utility.
If you’re also familiar with Agile methodologies, voice assistant interfaces, machine learning and NLU, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

  • Work with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
  • Design client-side and server-side architecture
  • Build the front-end of mobile applications through appealing visual design
  • Design analytics dashboards with cloud integration
  • Develop, manage and maintain third-party API integrations
  • Develop and manage well-functioning databases and applications

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience designing and implementing continuous delivery and/or DevOps solutions or architecture patterns
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience with code repository management, code merge and quality checks, continuous integration, and automated deployment and management using tools like Jenkins, Git, Puppet, Chef, Maven, Ant, Ivy, UrbanCode, and Docker, among others

We are looking for a technically savvy Customer Success Manager who possesses a strong drive for results. Duties for the Customer Success Manager will include a broad range of tasks such as maintaining ongoing customer relationships and networking, implementing success programs, contributing to sales, onboarding and training clients, and minimizing churn. We are searching for experienced sales candidates who are proactive and passionate about the foodservice and hospitality industries and VoiceStar’s ground breaking voice technology products and the clients we serve. Account Managers will act as a point of contact for their clients. They will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the best voice products which best fit the individual needs of the client. They also aid internal departments by collecting information, such as sales leads or testimonials, assisting in the processing and analysis of client data and complaints, and identifying industry trends.

You will ensure that all elements of the online user experience are optimized for improved usability, usefulness, and exceptional visual design.

The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UI/UX design problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technology.

UI UX Designer Responsibilities:

  • Investigating user experience design requirements for our suite of digital assets.
  • Developing and conceptualizing a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy for the brand.
  • Producing high quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
