Voice Technology and healthcare is a greenfield opportunity. Our bailiwick is creating Voice applications that create time saving for our users. Beginning with Voice inventory, our core intellectual property developed in 2019, we voice-enable surgical center inventory procedures to improve accuracy and save time. Moreover, we customize each inventory by physician and surgery type to increase efficiency for all users.

• For example, some surgeons may prefer to have 12 clamps while others just 8 available to them during a specific surgery type. Being able to customize each inventory for each surgery by a specific surgeon and procedure type is designed to reduce mistakes and accelerate pre and post op inventory.
• No one likes taking inventory, in any industry. With voice, the user just sees the instrument, talks to the app and counts the instrument…simple, efficient using speech to text and AI.
• Inventory prep is a snap once it’s set up and customized for you. Just select the user, choose the surgery type, the surgeon performing the operation and the list of instruments and their quantity is instantly populated as a New Inventory, time and date stamped. If things change, just add/edit at any time.
• Reporting is always important. Once the surgery is over and you make the final count, a report is emailed to the admin, showing the usage and any discrepancies. These data create a log to be utilize for further inventory prep modifications.
